OK, so here are the options right now for the best online Master's degrees in Statistics through "distance learning", "eLearning", "online courses", or whatever you want to call it.  In order of best program quality and most reasonable cost (from my perspective, being from Ohio):

1. Texas A&M - MS in Applied Statistics or MS in Business Analytics
2. Colorado State University - MS in Statistics
3. Iowa State University - MSc in Statistics (really expensive, but highly ranked)
4. RIT - MS in Applied Statistics, but I can't find out much info about this program online from sources other than the RIT website
5. University of Washington - MS in Applied Mathematics; I could probably tailor this particular degree towards economics or statistics, but not sure I want to do this much raw math theory work.
